He Is The Most Tatooed Person In The World

New Zealand man, known as Lucky Diamond Rich is the most tattooed person in the world. Born in 1971 and his first tattoo was  of a small juggling club on his hip. He has tattoos covering his whole body, including the inside of his eyelids, mouth, ears and foreskin. He has held the certificate of Guinness World Record for being the most tattooed person in the world since 2006. This record was previously held by Tom Leppard.
